Porsche Racing Posters 1974

For sale are 2 original Porsche racing posters. These posters are VERY RARE as they were issued only by Porsche as promotional material. The text is in German and they are dated "Juli 1974 and Dezember 1974." One poster is the 2nd place Le Mans victory of the famous Martini Racing RSR Turbo. The other poster is the Porsche Cup from '74 and lists many great drivers of that era: Peter Gregg, Hurley Haywood, Jurgen Barth, etc... Many of these factory posters have been reprinted at a smaller size. These are the original large format 30" X 40".

I acquired these from a poster dealer in NYC and they have been in my collection for about 10 yrs. They are currently framed in simple black metal on acid-free archival foamboard (not dry-mounted).

It is difficult to find a 32 year-old poster in perfect condition and these are no exception. A dealer might qualify these as very good condition (there is no paper loss, color still crisp and bright, no tearing, no staining). there is some minor wrinkling and creasing. It is more evident in the photos than on the wall because of the very revealing camera flash.

You will not find these in a store and you will not find them online or on eBay. I've looked!
