Hi,
Not sure how much interest in 1/43 Porsche there is but my 914 sits waiting for a motor rebuild so models are where I spend my spare time. I've recently been working on a Bosica 356 I'm building to Carrera GS/GT specs adding GT options like motor, exhaust, fuel tank, speedster seats, louvered engine lid, ect. There are also some accuracy flaws associated with the floor and door hinges and jamb I like to rectify. I'll get into the details and keep posted on progress if there's interest. I'd also like to see what fun stuff other's have built. I have some pics posted of my progress here: http://briefcase.yahoo.com/hairball3x |

Bosica Carrera GT
Hi Joe, I am probably way too late but wondering if you still have your gorgeous 1/43 Bosica Porsche Carrera GT for sale? If so, what are you asking? Do you have other Bosica Porsches such as the coupe or any extra kits? Best Regards, Mike McCormick

Your work is very impressive! I deal with many builders of 1/43 including Stephen Barnett, Buzz Lockwood and others and your models appear to be just as amazing. Is this a hobby or do you build for other collectors on request? Are you selling any of your builts? Please email me at mjmccormick@earthlink.net and I will share some other photos. By the way, I am also a Porsche owner, 1997 C4S. Best Regards, Mike

Nice work Joe. I've been building for quite a while now. I really like the 1/43 medium but I've done some work in 1/87 as well.
I wonder if you know of any 911 race car kits in 1/43. I'm primarily interested in early race versions...911R, ST, STR, RS, RSR. Does Bosica offer any? Thanks, Jens |

1/43 Porsche Kits
Jens, I know AMR makes a very nice kit of the 911 RS 2.7 1973, I have 3 professionally built models arriving soon with Feeling43 engines attached to the bases as well. Have you seen the 1/43 Feeling43 911 RS engines? Try visiting wwww.feeling43.com I might be able to help you locate other Porsche kits, just let me know or visit my website and email me from there as well. Bosica only made the 356 coupe but will soon offer the 356 Carrera GT kit and it is rumored the Speedster as well. Keeping my fingers crossed! Mike

Hi Jens,
Bosica does'nt make a 911 but there's a ton kit's by other manufactures in 1/43rd. Check out kit's by Starter or Provence Moulage for a less complicated resin kit. AMR makes a few early 911's in white metal. Renaissance or Robustelli make resin kits with a ton of photo etch detail. Here's a couple of spots to look. http://www.grandprixmodels.com/ http://www.amazing43.com/ joe |

Miniwerks
Jens, forgot to give you my website address, here you go.
www.miniwerks.com AMR of France also makes RSR kits in white metal but they are long sold out. I might be able to find some for you. I am going to France in one week to a large model show and there should be many rare AMR kits there as well as Andre Marie Ruf himself. Mike |
