Carrera RS book order form/ brochure
Official order form/ brochure for the Carrera RS book, sized at 5 3/4"w x 8 1/4"h (closed) as this is 8 color pages fully opened up, printed in 2 languages English & German, mine has an attached post card to order from Motochron in San Francisco for $198 to expire in 1993, so it's about 20 years old, super addition if you own the book, $45 + shipping
