Nice shape, never seen one.
A couple of light smudges on the cover. I have no idea what it's worth is. I'm asking $150.00 ? just 'cuz. open to offers

Really, $150 for a piece of toilet paper, for info that's all over the internet, and more so, which nobody cares about. Give me $5 and ill take it off your hands.

It's a bit too rough for T-paper, but it'd work reasonably well enough to ignite the pyre you should be tied to.
