What's my 600 HP in a 912?
Since my 912 is no longer a 912, because it now has
about the only thing that's 912 are the new wheel bearings, new steering box, rebuilt upper steering shaft joints. The powerplant is a new 430 HP 6.2L LS3, for which I pulled and drove the heads to TSP (Texas Speed) and got CNC of ports & chambers, double valve springs, titanium retainers. I also personally installed a TSP stage 2 cam and Comp trunnion kit (needle bearings for rocker arms). TSP said they dyno'd new engines with what I did and results are 580-590 HP. (fyi - cam upgrades place significantly more stress-travel on valve components, so everything needs to be upgraded.) The build link is here Pic below shows the final engine prep: ![]() Installing the stage 2 cam with Lucas green assembly lube: ![]() Rocker arms with Comp trunnion kits installed:

Just read through your build link above. Great work. Can't wait to see more progress. Are you going to use one radiator up front?
