Cookie Cutter values

I've got a set of 7 x 15 and a set of 6 x 15. I was wondering what the going rate on these is? And would they be more attractive if I offered them at staggered sets? Thanks.

Not much. Just bought a very nice set of 15 x 7 for $225 plus ship

I want 4 15x7, pm if you want to sell them. I missed out on the set Nathanbs got.

davewadd 07-30-2018 04:35 AM

I have typically found cookie cutters for under $75 each....

I paid either $225 or $250 for my 15x7" set a couple years ago. I use them for snow tires so the 15x6" are actually better suited but seem to be much less common; not sure if that translates to more value in this instance.

I have a full set of 15x6's acting as a work bench support

Thanks for useful responses, much appreciated. Cvlc, I may send you a pm when I'm ready to sell. Cheers.

I wasn’t aware that they made 16” cookie cutters

There was a guy who pulled up at Ski Roundtop a few years ago who had a whole pickup truck load of cookie cutters. No one would even look at them. I asked how much, he said $25 each, I took the whole load.

That's smart. There is going to be the day when 1970s longhood, midyear, and early SC people really want them. And then you're going to see Fuchs-like prices.

They came in handy last weekend, had to get a bunch of cars off of a mountainside in VA, I had to bring my own wheels.

Sorry for a bit of side-jack of the thread but I'd like to know something as I LOVE (LOVE!) the look of the cookie cutters, and I'd like a set for some winter driving. My standard wheels are 6/16 and 7/16, I've seen mostly 15s mentioned (except the 6/16 garden hose holder) - Did they come in 6&7X16s? What size would be the most beneficial for winter driving? Thank you in advance for the education.

Cookie Cutters

Paid $300 for this staggered set. The car has no passenger seat, but the wheels are cool. Need to dial in some neg camber on the middies.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1533384962.jpg

I don't think they ever made a 16". For winter I say narrower the better so 15x6" I have 15x7" with studded Nokian tires and the car is a beast in the snow, I live in a ski town and have made probably 60 trips up to the mountain in the last two winters. Ground clearance is the limiting factor but taller tires and US ride height help with that.
