Value of a restored 3.2 Carrera muffler

Guys

Any guidance on how much a properly restored 3.2 Carrera muffler should sell for? I'm trying a reasonable asking price. Looks like they sell new for around $1400. I'm guessing this is likely a narrow market given that It may only appeal to a concours project.

Thanks

I rarely see a very nice muffler go for more than $500, most for less than $400, and usually go quick for half of that, $200. If you're thinking higher than $500, you're in an exclusive market and probably would have to hold on to it for a bit.
