LOM,
To add to the build discussion of your RSR may I suggest the proper wheel/offset combo. I was looking at BAT this morning and there is a very nice RSR tribute for sale. But the look is just a little off. Other than the fit of the front valance I think the wheels and backspacing are killing the look. 15" wheels are a must IMO. BAT Now with 16" http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1547827134.jpg Backdate with 15" http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1547827234.jpg |
I don't think it's the wheel size that's the issue, I think the black centers look wrong. An early car MUST have silver petals.

OH BOY - I have 17" Fikse in boxes in the basement awaiting installation. The width/offset were built to compliment the wide body (bought them as that was what Singer was using). I guess my Frankenstein is just that...red seats, 17" wheels, Mode Intercooler for 2, Big Reds and RS suspension! The more I think of it, the more I like GreyBlack/Red seats. |

Your Fiske wheels will look like this. I waited a while for mine. Did something different with the RSR finish. These are 17x9 & 11 https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...9e45939a40.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Those really look cool, and nice to see someone with the ballz to stray from the wheel norm, finish wise. ***forum leghumping*** Damn, those deep dish rears (not like THAT) look badass! |
Fikse makes a good product
