Question about Arizona titles
Hello everyone,
I am contemplating a car from AZ. I know that owner's signature to release interest on title has to be notarized but my question is: does buyer have to be present to sign as well? I'm planning to have the car shipped to me so don't really need to be there. Logic would dictate that only owner's signature needs to be notarized but thought I'd check here 1st. Thanks. |

Only the owner's signature needs to be notarized.
If you are registering it in California notarization by the seller isn't required, but I would have it notarized. |

you can't beat an AZ title. The greatest ever and they will print you one for like $13 right then and there.

Just curious..... why is an AZ title the greatest ever? I've never dealt with one before so like I said I'm just curious.

The greatest as they print it out right there and then. Usually no vin verification, unless you want to no-op it. Also you can buy multiple years of registration at a time. Genius!
