Enclosed Transportation
**Hopefully this thread does not violate any site rules**
Since 2004 I have been transporting cars (part time) for many Porsche collectors throughout the U.S. Last October, I retired from police work after 31 great years! I now look for more work transporting (enclosed) cars. Without disclosing any owner's names, I have transported everything from Gmund (s) to 917 (s) to the 1987 Speedster Prototype and the 934.5 Brumos race car. I am also a Porsche collector myself and a long time PCA member. My work has also been discussed on the 356 Registry by many long time Porsche owners / business owners. I am also a long time registered carrier on Uship, with a 100% rating. A quick Google search will provide more than enough information. Should any Pelican member need enclosed transportation, please reach out to me to see if we could possibly get together. I currently have space coming from Michigan to California, but not on the return trip. I also have one spot left for the Porsche Parade coming from Michigan to Florida. (but does not include storage at Parade) In short, I can't move everything, and I need to be loaded with 2 cars on long trips to make it worthwhile for both of us. I don't think it does Joe. That's really fantastic. However I would probably post in the Technical section, but you also should have some references and some pics to send interested parties - not to mention your insurance card.

I met Joe last Fall when I sold my 1975 911s roller. Good guy, nice rig/trailer setup, knows what he is doing, and communicated well for arranging pickup.

Respectfully, to protect the privacy of the vehicle owners, and with Pelican being a public site, I never post any references. There are enough people, even on Pelican, that have used me in the past that will speak highly of me. I post very little information on a public site, just for that reason. Any further information needed by a potential customer can be discussed in a private phone conversation. I also never post pictures of my equipment on line with detailed travel plans for obvious reasons. Joe
