Looking for a painter in LA area
Hey All!
I am almost done disassembling my 914 for paint and I am looking for reputable painter/shop in the LA area. If anyone has an experience they want to share it would would be greatly appreciated! Cheers

My mechanic at a high end Porsche shop had Nathanbs paint his BMW wagon. He did a beautiful job. Nathanbs is on this board. Look for him.

I had Juan Mercade @ Bells & Vaughn do paint on my 85 911. Amazing job. He is a 914 guy for decades and Porsche owner. He is honest and expert so he will treat you right. He is now working in Pasadena, CA on Allen Ave. Right up the street from you in Alhambra.
You can reach him at the shop: 626.793.0696. Tell him Warren sent you. Good luck. P.S. Bells & Vaughn was a huge Porsche paint show in the 80's and 90's doing a lot of the Targa to Cabrio conversions (don't hold that against them now - it was all the rage back then!) |
