1976 911 targa Belgium police car?? Could it be 1 of 20?

Could my 76 911 targa have been a Belgium police car
I purchased my car in 1980 from a US army officer who bought it back from Belgium to Ft Lee Virginia.
I was just doing Google searches to identify the exact location of the fuel pump. So I come across a wiki search that talks about a very small production run of 911 targas for the Belgium police. Now here's the real kicker, it has a sirene installed under the dash. I did not know what it was for many years but at some point a few years back I happened to find a button on bottom of dash and pushed it. Low and behold it turned the siren on.
I always just assumed it was part of a security system until I ran across the wiki article.

So does anyone know how /where I could validate my suspicion.?

He’s got another thread in tech. He hasn’t even looked closely at the engine. Doesn’t know if it’s cis or Mfi.

I am not familiar with the types of engines and fuel injection systems. The car has been pretty much trouble free for almost 40 years except for routine maintenance. It did have a transmission leak, many years ago and it's had new brakes.. 15000 valve adjustments. It had what was called the "84 update" something to do with oil circulation.

The engine SN 6362 331.... have no idea how to know if it is RS type.

But I read something today that makes me think the engine sn for the Belgium police cars might all begin with 633. My interpretation was the engines were actually built in 1973 but not installed or used until the Belgium cars were built.
I came to this forum earlier in the week trying to to troubleshoot a bad fuel pump problem because it is sitting in my garage and will not start.

Your engine number is for a 1976 normal 911. Base model. Not RS type.

I think you've misunderstood the explanation about the engines. They weren't built in 1973. They are the same specification as a 1973 RS engine. So they were same compression, horsepower, fuel delivery system, etc. etc. Same type number engine, but not actually the same engine. The 911/83 type was produced as new castings all the way through those years, albeit it in limited numbers.
