Interesting 356C ad

There is a '64 356C sunroof coupe for sale on the Savannah, GA craigslist.
He claims it has a "numbers matching" Super 90 engine.
When I questioned this, he replied "The original engine failed due to overloading by air conditioning. The factory installed the Super 90 engine to correct this common issue".
He sent me a copy of the CoA showing a "C" engine number.
Factory installed Super 90 engine AND air conditioning in a '64 C?
