I am standing firm that I did not receive the said item however, I will make a $100.00 donation to a charity of the sellers choice in the name of the seller with the understanding that he will send a message RL to let them know the situation has been resolve and the "banned for life" status is removed. He will post a copy of the message that he sends RL in this thread for all to see. In return, I will post a copy of the donation made to the charity of his choice in the seller's name for $100 in this thread for all to see.

The fact that you promised to buy, sent someone your address to ship, promising to pay up but did not, and after being reminded when you finally signed on to RL after 7 months, giving you the benefit of the doubt here, that you did not profusely apologize to the seller for the oversight and promptly send the $20 (!) you promised to pay in the first place .... regardless of whether you received the item or forgot you received something 7 months ago.

Instead, after more than half a year, you claim non-receipt of an item .... seriously ?

-First he says he doesn't know/doesn't remember , then says he "repeatedly" told me he did not get the brochure--which is it? Using the same screen name here as RL...
-Then when confronted with the truth--that he NEVER followed up on dozens of PM's, never said he didn't receive etc--he admits "all of that is true"
-UPS confirms delivery, now 7 months later he's blaming porch pirates !
-Logs into RL dozens of times (i have his log-in data, as does Robb @ RL) both before & after his banning, yet claims he didn't know what was going on until he logged in & found out he was banned
-Now after being caught by his own words is attempting to buy his way out of his lies here and banning at RL with charity

Want to give to charity? It should be out of love & compassion, not guilt
