A friend has the original r prototype. Gaspare I believe used it to build the tribute. He also just picked up the prototype for the 912. Apparently there are 8 prototype cars that were built within a few vin numbers of each other and were supposed to be destroyed but somehow were sold to VIP's.

I have no idea what a prototype R is worth but it must be some crazy number.

Last one I recall being sold was at Canepa believe it was listed for $5,000,000 ish.

Yeah Canepa didnt disclose outright but said the last few Rs = $5m ish
Prototype would be mad money. Still want tho
