Possible Scammer?

A brand new member reached out to me today, offering me a rare part that I was looking for. He sent me a picture that I found posted 6 years ago on another site.

Not sure what the correct way to report this kind of thing is;

but username is: omidzargandeh

Same username is reported as a scammer on Audizine.com

be careful out there.
