1983 911SC 3.1 special option question/value

I may be tasked with assisting in selling a 1983 911SC cabriolet. It may very well be one of the special order 3.1 litre optioned cars.

I cannot confirm this yet but will. The car is supposed to be immaculate.

Anyone have an idea on what the value may be?

Please don't start sending P.M.s to buy the car yet.
