Who’s the driver ?

I have this cool 3’ x 5’ tin sign and I’m thinking of selling it, but I don’t know who the driver is in the photo. Does anybody know ? It’s from 1981 IMSA & I think the car is a 79 934.

That's the Whittington Bros. Road Atlanta sponsored car. Kevin Jeanette (Gunnar Racing) eventually extricated it from the DEA in FL and restored it for a customer.
