What year is this targa top and value?

Pulled this out of a pile of misc parts and don't remember any details about it. Any idea as to year and value (broken part shown)? I'm thinking it was sold to me as a SC top. But, like I said, I don't remember.

I'll be selling it since I don't have a targa.

Bill- those are the same locking mechanisms I have on my 78SC. I can’t tell if the whole mechanism is intact, but I would consider this a core or driver quality if it can be fixed and vinyl is decent, so $500-$1k. Of course fully restored they bring $2-3k plus…..
