I think he's being cheeky. He's got a comment about how he could sell this car a bunch of ways. I think the $130k is because he's required and to keep the fluff away. He wants people to start a conversation, and is willing to sell just the roller, or just the engine, etc. but wants people to know he's not giving it away. He's not willing to price individual items publicly. You need to ping him to get the real prices of stuff.

Pricing it at double the value seems like a good place to start.
