Fresh built 3.3 value?

Have a friend who had this motor built, during the build life happened and the car it was going in was sold. Now there's a motor and gearbox without a home and he's looking to sell. Not very up to date with the current market so hoping for some guidance.

Here is a snapshot of the motor.

1980 Porsche 911 Type 930/50 3.3L Engine
Modified Twin-Plug
Listing Details
Type 930/50 3.3-Liter Flat-Six
Engine Number: *6700521#
Complete Rebuild August 2024
Blueprinted
Crankshaft magnaflux and balanced
Carrillo rods
993 microencapsulated cylinder head studs
Twin-Plug Cylinder Heads ported and polished Performing a three-angle valve job
GTEVO Cams
Later Model Timing Chain Housing
Carrera-style pressure-fed tensioners
Port matched 3.2 intake.

Pretty sure it's running an electromotive tec 2

He also has a rebuilt 915 no LSD

I would think the "who built it" question is important in determining value. Also, what records are available. Are they reputable and will they stand behind it if something happens?

It's a local guy who's been building for 20+ years. He's sold a few motors on BAT recently IIRC.
