SBH 930 Value?

Gents,

I've had a 1986 930 with factory LSD that's been modified to a SBH sitting in my garage for quite some time. I can't use it for either of my two cars so I reached out to BaT to have it listed so hopefully it can go to someone who needs it. Any idea what the value is? I know it was rebuilt less than 5,000 miles ago under prior ownership by Car Craft.

Any responses would be appreciated!

Do you have a build sheet detailing what was done when it was serviced?

Unfortunately I don't, but BaT moves quick. I emailed them on Friday and they just listed it. I suppose we'll find out what it is worth in a week.

Where do I measure to determine it a SBH? Total length looks to be 26.5”, but I’m not certain I’m measuring correctly.

That doesn’t look shortened. When it’s shortened the bell housing ends right around the rib.

Someone put some work into that one. Nice.

As was confirmed above, long.

My mistake...I had always heard the 930 trans had to be shortened to fit in the SC body with a 3.0l Turbo.
Thanks guys.
