Todays' Market Value for 911SC Project
Hey all, I've got to clear a spot for a new exhaust system R&D car so one of the existing cars needs to go. This one is a 1978 USA model 911SC purchased about ten years ago. Copper color which is not common and seems to be a love it or hate it deal. I personally really like it.
Pricing question mark is due to its condition which I believe is somewhere within category 4 of the Excellence magazine rating scale. > Car was purchased brand new here in town and the original owner is still here. I have some of the early paperwork and records including owners manual and brochure. > All original parts are with the car. > Runs but has not been driven, battery tender always and is good. > Targa top is new. > Engine does not smoke but leaks, needs a re-seal. > Rebuilt CIS FD & WUR. > Tranny 1st gear synchro shot. > Body has dings everywhere from previous storage. > Interior shows its age and needs to be replaced. > pictures look better than reality, must come and see if considering. > A/C removed and in storage. > OE wheels are 16x6and7 in storage, needs new tires due to age. > OE exhaust system is boxed up complete. ![]() ![]()
