3 spoke steering wheel value

I am not familiar with G body stuff.
This wheel came on a longhood I bought last year. Yes wrong wheel for a longhood so off it came.
It has hub numbers 2 08…does that translate 1982 8th week ?
Measures out as centric
3 3/4” circumference on the grip.
Backside plastic fairing is cracked.
Leather and stitches nice.
Aluminum structure with a riveted steel birdcage containing the hub.
Can’t find any other photos of these 3 spoke wheels with an aluminum structure.

Is this a 911sc wheel or 928 or?

That looks like a wheel from a midyear Carrera or early 930. They were concentric and had a fatter rim than normal 74-84 3-spoke wheels. Not sure how to interpret the numbers stamped inside the hub.

Otter , thanks for your input. I got a pm this morning from SWS911 who identified it as an early 928 wheel. I looked at wheels on the 928 forum and it is indeed an aluminum lightweight 928 wheel.

The splines are a cue as well. See if it fits a '74-89 911.
It is a looked after wheel with the fat hub anyway.

Thanks all who provided their collective knowledge.
Just sold it to Steve one of our fellow pelicans who is a wheel expert.
Thanks

Not a Carrera wheel. The date stamp is not correct. Also the hub has a honeycomb pattern, whereas the Carrera wheel has a diamond shape. Had one on my '74.
