What would the set of 6&7 x 16 be worth in good shape and what is the likelihood of selling them?

$400-$600 in my opinion. I don't think 6s and 7s have followed the sky rocketing trend of 8s and 9s.
There's a set for sale right now in ordinary condition for $750 and not selling.

Sold a set of 6's off my Targa w/ 40,000 miles on them including
tires (10,000 mi) for $300 to a Pelican last fall. Not much value...a dime a dozen.
