Value of 73 1/2 CIS T

I did this once before but I have more information now. This is a 2 owner cali #'s matching car, no rust, documented engine rebuild (7K miles old) fresh paint, original factory metallic blue that is very good but not excellent, new headliner, original carpets, drivers seat needs a little attention, needs dash recovered. A little work and this could an excellent car, drives and runs fantastic, has F&R factory sways, 5 fuchs. Trying to get idea of a decent asking price.
Thanks,
Phil

It's all in the details.

Pics look good, for the most part, but there are a few details amiss. Front bumper doesn't look particularly straight -- I assume it's fiberglass? Look at the point on the body above the left rear bumperette. Looks very unfinished -- as if there had been some trauma that was bondo'ed over. Inner seal on rear license panel is missing, and panel fit to body is off.

Right fender is bowed out a bit. Chrome horn grilles are not year-correct. These are the obvious things. You need many, many more photos to do a valuation.

As shown, easy $14K, but the price could go up quite a bit depending on the condition of other aspects of the car. I recently looked at an MFI car worth $22K or better. On the basis of the photos alone, I would have pegged the value about 25% lower. So you really have to see it or get 40+ photos of every part of the car.

BTW, you don't 'recover' these dashes. you replace them. And replacement dashes are unobtanium right now.
