I thought the same thing. I think the seller posted here as well. If I recall correctly the car is off to europe too so add shipping to the end price.

Wow....Maybe Barrett-Jackson, muscle car specialist, is a place to look for nice 356 cars? Just judging by the pics, somebody bought well there.
