What to do with my engine?

I have a 2.7 from early 75 with powder coated turbo valve covers (new), chain tensioner upgrade, 7R case, and a carrera oil pump (not installed). The problem is that I belive I sucked a valve. Anyway should I part the engine or try to sell it as is. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks Pelicans

I have a 3.2 on the way!!!!!

I removed the CIS and exhaust. It has an 11 blade fan and a new alternator.

where is the engine? 2.7's as I am sure you know aren't worth a whole lot even running. Running they are worth $250O or so. With yours taken apart to the long block I would think 3-500.
