Decrease in Value?
What decrease in value, if any, would you have if you have a 87-89 930 turbo that was hit by a lady in a parking lot which caused the quarter panel to have to be replaced, and a Porsche dealer did the repair work? Not noticable, and would have to be told about it or have a mechanic tell you about it to know it happened? Would it affect the value and if so how much? Thanks.

Now in 993 land ...

The main issue is if it shows up in the carfax. If there is accident history in the carfax, you can subtract 5 to 10k right there. If there is no record and the repair is done well, it will only affect value on a low mileage garage queen. On a driver car with all the other battle marks like rock chips and door dings, it will make fairly little difference, IMHO.
