What's it worth - '87 3.2L 911 Long Block

Here is what I know about the engine:
1987 911 3.2L Long Block
No distributor, exhaust, wires, intake, injectors, DME etc.

The motor has 107K and was removed from a cab to build some type of hot rod project. During the project the owner was transfered and had to sell. The motor is owned by a third party who now want to sell as well. It has been sitting for two or three years and turns freely. I do not know if it has Mahle or Kolgenschmidt Pistons & Cylinders.

The leakdown on the motor is supposed to be good and the current owner will redo the test with my witness. I was told the leakdown on all cylinders is around 2%.

What do you think the stripped long block is worth?

Thanks,
Eric
