Just when I think the market is slowing...

$8,105.00 for a rust bucket S roller. No motor. At least 30% of the sheet metal is toast and get this, no front VIN plate. Just the chassis VIN stamped in the trunk is the only semblance of the car that used to be. Well the production number is probably still there but still I don't get it.

Not complaining. Just surprised.

How about a set of 1970-71 $9,500 seats to go with the "S"

The value of the matching VIN #'s is more then the entire car pictured.

I just wish the "Ts" sold like that, then I'd be able to move my rust-bucket for the $2800 I'm asking:

Exactly, That's my point. You could maybe justify the price if there were matching VINs but there aren't. The front VIN plate is gone as well as the motor. This will never be a matching numbers S.

I just sold a set of restored 73' Sport seats last month in leather and wool houndstooth for $3500. The 73' seats are the most expensive too. Something tells me I might have let them go too cheap. Dooh! :)
