Yeah, it's rough, but I really have no clue when it comes to race-prepped cars. It seems to be too rough for the street, but not "prepped" enough for the track. I'd like to turn it into a street-based "hot rod".

11K is about right, maybe 1500 either way, but definately no more than 13 grand.
