I need your opinion quick

I have '74 911 targa. I need to know the value in the real world for it, asap!!!
It is a very, very nice car, new top quality paint, white, on a rust free SO. Cal chassis. Very straight, done right w/ quality materials. New windshield, rubber parts, ect. 16" 7 & 9 fuchs, good rubber. 911 s alloy front brakes, s rears, all rebuilt, adj front sway bar, std rear bar, turbo tie rods, new gray total leather interior w nice basic recaros, new carpet. dash perfect, nice soundsystem, very nice targa top, early turbo tail, s/c flares 7:31 915 w/ lsd, needs 2nd gear syncro, very nice 3.2 w/exaust and chip, low miles on rebuild, runs very strong. a/c w/sanden compressor underdash vents blows very cold. other than the trans issues, the car is incredible, plus a '74 does not need emissions in CA, and it has been given CA's blessing on paper anyway. So, whats it worth for real? Thanks in advance
