Few and far between. Most have been set up for serious track use here in the states. Look on Mobile.de and german Ebay and you might find something - but very rarely. I think (?) that 30-40K euro is what a good one trades for.

I have seen some priced at 18k to 25k USD, they are 924 Carrera GT, decent shape. But that was about 18 months ago.

I can only comment on the GTS since I've never seen a GT stateside. It was probably going on two years ago at this point, but I was involved in a private sale from a collector to here:

http://www.tajmagaraj.com/Museum/924.php

This particular car only had 58km on it when delivered to Taj Ma Garaj. It's also a super rare Club Sport variant which was only made in single digit numbers. I am not at liberty to disclose the actual price, but I will say that it was a bit north of that 40k Euro number. However this is clearly a unique car and special case which is probably a poor representation of the larger market for this 924 GTS, which, as mentioned, was more often raced and not museumed.

des,
If you are serious about finding and acquiring one of these, drop me a line. I used to know where there was another one, and the owner was contemplating selling the car. However, that was over a year ago, and I would need to reach out to a couple people since I don't personally know the owner of the car. I wouldn't be interested in spending any time on something like this if you weren't a real buyer. I am sure you understand.

I've produced a website about the 924 Carrera GT. It is at www.924GT.com. There are links to CGTs currently for sale in the Buying section. Hope that helps.

I think the GT is extremely rare in the US. In the UK good RHD cars go for about £15k, European LHD cars currently sell for about €25k.

GTSs sell for about €60k over here but are also very rare. I am aware of two that have traded in the US, so if you are looking for one of these I might be able to help you track them down.
