with the non-standard paint and carbs instead of MFI, I am not sure it would bring 27k. It seems that most folks care about originality. Those that dont want the biggest motor you can stuff into the engine bay.
A recent sale that I know of had a 70E (rare color, light red) with Webers instead of MFI and a very nicely restored interior. The seller was stuck on the upgrades he did and priced it at 35, then 38. The car sat for at least 8 months that I knew of and finally sold for 30 late last year. Very nice looking car.
