How to stop member harassment???
How does one go about stopping harassing PM's from another member?
I posted an item for sale here on the board and after turning down an offer from another member, he has been constantly sending PM's with the context of a child that has now escalated to personal threats. I have sent Wayne one email about this but have yet to hear back. With the current level of threats that this user has placed, I'm considering legal action. |

I would say you have done what you should have done--notify Wayne with a sample of the PM's. I'm sure Wayne will reply to you in due course. Leagal action is your own choice, naturally, so do what you feel you need to do. I applaud your restraint in naming names and appreciate your notifying the members that this type of harassment does go on. IMO, you've taken the first steps in the right direction, now it's time to see what changes come about before your next move.

That is very unfortunate. Sorry to hear of your difficulty. If it were me, i think I would just delete any PM's from this jerk unread, and get on with my life. Clearly a cry for attention, so don't give him any.

I think there's a way to disable your PMs altogether, isn't there?

Quite simple; You view their profile, and in the right half of the screen there is a link that says "add this user to ignore list".

come on guys just let Him write and you just keep on deleting or just block him all the way or have fun with him tell him you meet him some where out in a desert or something like that if he is that ignorant he will go>. how come I dont get some body like that would like it a lot I could let some frustration at them
