Which 930 to buy?

Car will be mostly weekend/DE car. I plan to add race seats, rollbar, harness. Here are the two I'm looking at, both advertised on Pelican:

1)1987 car, white/blue, 116,000 miles, k-26 tubro, Powerhaus intercooler with B&B exhaust, Kinesis 17" wheels with PS2's, turbo timer, stock suspension, recent clutch. Same owner for 15 years. Comes with some stock parts (wheels, intercooler, exhaust). Clean interior.

2)1983 anthracite/black, 90k miles on chasis, motor rebuilt about 5k miles ago with SC cams, new B&B intercooler, new K-27 turbo, hollow torsion bars, recent clutch, front mount oil-cooler with what looks like a Ruf valence, stock Fuchs with Toyo T1-S, Monty exhaust. Owner has significant documentation, including original DOT paperwork. Near perfect interior. A/C removed.

Both are similarly priced $1.5k more for the 1987, although the '83 would have to be shipped).

I'd buy the 83 as it has a fresh rebuild, K27, cams and other mods you will eventually want. Just get a thorough PPI on whatever you buy.
