Fuchs pricing opinions
I'm selling a set of Fuchs. 951 - 8x16 and 930-9x16. original finish. I thought I had a good idea of value but want some opinions since I'm not getting much play on these.
Wheels are in excellent/near perfect condition. The 9s were purchased new from Wheel Enhancement only a few years ago. The 8s were refinished at the same time. I came up with the price based $1500 for the 9s and $900 for the 8s. Is selling as a set at $2400 the issue? or am I off on my pricing? Thanks for the opinions. here a link to the post. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/showthread.php?t=438235

Don
I have 2 sets of Fuchs on pelican and Eaby with no bites, it seems the market may be flooded at the moment with these sizes. While your asking price would not been an issue a while back, now is a different issue with how things are in the ecomony

Hey Don!
Maybe split them up? Otherwise, they would probably go reasonablly quick @ $2200-$2300. The key is probably more exposure (ebay, Rennlist, PP, Craigslist, PML, Excellence online, etc..). You might put up an ad at Speedware if they still have their for sale board. Also you might get lucky just calling and spreading the word to places like Walker's, Fordhal's, Chris's, etc. |
