One-owner 86 Turbo 930

Considering purchasing a one-owner 930. Car has been well maintained, and owner has all service records from last 7 years, plus some from earlier, includes original window sticker, books, both keys, etc. Recent $4000 engine out service. Paint looks a bit tired, but will probably benefit from a good buff and wax. Interior excellent. Any ideas on what this is worth in today's crazy market? I've looked at Excellence as a guideline, but when I check to see what's actually selling, the transactions seem very few and far between.
