RS clone engine parts
Looks like my RS clone engine is not going to come together. I gathered the best parts I could find for 4 years, but things changed...
I have: 1. a 2.4T MFI pump rebuilt and recalibrated for 2.7 RS. It's still in plastic from Pacific Fuel injection. I figure it's worth the cost of the work, plus core value on the pump. 2. a 004 Distributor. I've seen people asking up to $600 for them, but I think that's beyond the current market. 3. a set of throttle bodies and stacks that are the same spec as RS type, but I'm not sure of the numbers. They are tight and in good shape 4. a set of RS pistons and cylinders that are in spec and have new rings already installed. 5. a set of 2.7S (CIS) heads drilled for MFI injector nozzles. All new valves, cut 0.020" for +.3 compression 6. a pair of MFI cams in S profile from Web Cam. The usual stuff will be freed up as well. injectors, fan/alternator/housing, etc. I need help figuring pricing, and I've had some help so far. Just want to be sure I'm in sync with the current market. TIA

Yeah, the market has gone pretty screwy since a few years ago, though. Who would have thought a used '72/73 rearview mirror would bring $420 like it did last week? Or an NOS engine grille $1,000? I saw someone advertising a well-used 004 distributor for $600. I think some of these prices have gone up quite a bit.

Looks like the engine case is sold, so this goes from an academic exercise to a real sale. I'll move the items to 'for sale' as I determine pricing.
