I ppi'd this car in Atlanta last month and passed at $18,000 this car needs lots of loving than that is being very very nice!! someone has painted the rear and right quarter since i saw the car. but it has had front and side damage. lets put this into perspective I "passed " on a 91 turbo for $18,000 think about that !! it needs that much work!!!
