Customer Service
I do not own a new Porsche and do not use the local dealer for service. But I do buy parts from them a few times a year. So I called today looking for a shift boot and knob, the only parts missing for an interior color change. Figured I would pay a little extra and get the change done this weekend. As I am on the phone with the parts dept we get disconnected, I call back. I am on the phone with a second guy and ask for the part again, first guy in the back ground says "is that the ***** A..hole who is looking for the shift boot, tell that moron it is $236". I am saying to myself it does not matter if this guy knows I can here him or not, what the hell is he thinking. I told the guy on the phone I heard his co-worker and not to bother. Not that my business will make a bit of difference but with everything going on I would think people would appreciate what customers are left.

Maybe he thought you hung up on him? Not that this should warrant that kind of comment..
