Here are my two cents:

It is an unfinished car. Unfinished projects are always harder to sell than proven turn key cars. There are a lot of loose ends to be tied according to the ad. For example a good chunk of money still has to be spent on this vehicle to get the suspension and brakes up to the level of the engine performance. Since there is a bunch of stuff left to do and some of the work is described as medium quality, the PP board bargain hunters are out.

I also am wondering if the RSR builds have become a bit less fashionable these days? I would still love to own one. Personally though, I would not settle for anything without a 3.6. :)

Then again there are some of us who would not ever drive a 993, just my two cents!

I am talking about 3.6 conversions in an early car. Not a 993.

Glad you cleared that up, thank God.

If you want a fast sale I'll give you $6000 cash tomorrow.

*sigh*

And don't knock a crazy coloured car until you try it.
I was never a fan of red cars, and then I bought one in bright red - Not really my usual type, I hate silver but I'm normally a white, or a dark metallic blue kinda' guy - But now, well, whole game has changed. I love my bright red station wagon! and I think while I'll try a different colour next time, I've been dreaming of a Pumpkin-orange 70's or 80's car...
