Does this car seem like a good deal?

She says there is some rust, but isn't sure to what extent. The car does drive, carbs were rebuilt, but need adjustment. I am pretty close to there, about an hour or so, but I'm not quite sure if its worth the $$? |

I hope you got it because you may have lost it here by posting it. I saw that car on the samba when it came up and then it went not to long ago.
