eBay 3.2 42,000 miles. Why not sold?

This low mileage 3.2 has been on eBay a couple of weeks. 90 day warranty and at $6700 (shipped) way less than a rebuild. Why isn't this a deal?

It might cost a bit less than a rebuild (maybe), but with a rebuild, you know what you have.

It is impossible to know the real wear, condition, or miles on that engine on eBay.

Low mileage 3.2 does not mean you are not prone to valve guide wear - ask me how I know.

It was buildt by a company in California who specialize in Porsche rebuilds, they are called Motor Meister and have a shop which has been doing Porsche work for years.

I just now read through this thread. Clicked on the expired link, so I never saw the original Ebay listing. However I know EXACTLY why it didn't sell:

Four words say it all!........."Los Angeles Porsche Dismantler"!!
