Hi there!
Just wanted to warn you guy´s for this man who calls him self different names but often states that he lives in U.K. ![]() He left a telephone number in his email, after looking at the prices below I called him up instantly to arrange payment but someone who hardly could speak english answered, I googled his name "Roy Damien" thinking he could have left the wrong one, nothing. Then I googled his number and found a post at another forum FastLane - WOOHOO I'll be rich..... Same number, different name and involved in a scam with very similar structure.. This got me even more suspicious so I emailed him to call me, which he did, his english was poor and he claimed that he must have gotten the number wrong in his email.. (Touché) So I told him that a friend of mine living in London would meet him up and pay the items in cash, he was ok with this but he then he never sent his adress or "real" phone number.. He goes through wanted ads and emails a bit too sexy offers, here is one of the emails he sent me. "Hello Jesse, Please pardon me for responding so late, I was caught up with a very important seminar. I have a savaged 1965 912 here too which we used for parts and I stock some other parts for same model in my little shop too. I have reviewed the requested parts e-mailed to me but unfortunately I do not have the Engine bonnet and Vintage grill badges and misc available anymore. The other parts are in very good condition and here is a break down of price. * 15" minilites steel Wheels(4) in very good condition, £145 * 901-style original shift knob in good condition £25 * Outer temperature gauge £35 * 1966 window cranks £30 * Euro spec turn signal lenses (both front and rear) very good condition condition £45 * Back seat holding straps (the ones that hold the back seats from falling down when braking etc) £10. Total: £290 Shipping is free as I have a shipping account with First Flight shipping and will not ship UPS due to weight and costs. Shipping will be on a four days delivery Kind regards,"
