This is why I put up the thread on the '70S project value. Prices are getting pretty random on vintage 911s. If you consider that a US Carrera is a 911S with flares and a tail, you are paying a pretty hefty premium for what amounts to a crass marketing move by PCNA.

People can "ask" whatever they want for their car. It doesn't mean a thing. No one will be paying a hefty premium for this car, because it won't sell for even a small fraction of that price. Might as well ask $1 million for it.

The "seller" (I use that term loosely) is just a dreamer. Although he is following a very long tradition of PCA Panorama pricing.
