Can anyone recommend a good shop to have perform a PPI on a '73 911?

The car is in Fallbrook, CA (approx. 1hr. from San Diego).

I have been very happy with Bill Brewster in San Clemente. Not exactly next door to Fallbrook but not that far away either.

dieters and black forestt. i have been treated so primo by both these shops. i use black forest most. i don't like driving in the big city. everything i have a problem with, i sweat and worry. for nothing. they make the minor issues with the car go away without taking advantage of my ignorance. i have the most beautiful 1978 930 on this planet. it also seems to be bullet proof.
