rare car claimed by ebay seller. no affliation

this is worth a laugh or two.

Porsche : 911 - eBay (item 170593561917 end time Jan-28-11 06:45:31 PST)

the letter is obvious proof of something, not sure what.

I think he is a little high on his asking price.

But being a prototype I guess the sky's the limit. I had no idea the slope nose design dated that far back (early 70's) I wonder if the turbo valve covers were the prototype design that came on the later year 930s?

I put it on my watch list. Who knows maybe I will win Lotto this week.

That thing has been on EBay for years. I'd pay $1mil. just to meet the nut-whack selling it. If you click on his "feedback" and read descriptions of the other items he's sold, everything has the word "rare" in the title, to include a pack of 20 Gillette razors....must be his word. My word is "jabroni"...

The seller needs to get $1,000,000 out of the sale just to cover the listing fees for the last few years.

This car has been discussed over on Early S Registry -- sometimes hilariously.

On the eBay page, there's a link that says "Save this seller," but it does not connect you to mental health authorities.

It looks to fast for me....

I will stick with my 912E.

Anyone else notice the seller seems to be a big trader of Gillette razors on the buy and sell side?

That's so you can slash your wrists when you find you've spent all that money on a heap of cr*p.

What's the photo that has the lime green tape? The only thing I can see it as is that white plastic covered pad that's stuck in the hamburger meat packages to soak up the blood...

I think I meet this guy the last time I was in Toronto. I was sitting near a window at a street level bar on Yonge St. He came by and licked each window pane then kept walking done the street.
