What Kind of 911 is this??

I'm looking to buy a 911 ... this car hasn't moved in a while, i'm looking to do some research and see what this is worth..

1984 Carrera Targa.

The seat backs are the give away...they were redesigned in 1985. I think the radio antenna was also incorporated into the windshield in that year, too.

Paint job looks pretty crappy from those photos, but if it's mechanically sound then you may get a good deal. Good luck.

I brought a car from a serious VW guy once, he had a bunch of old busses which were all beat outside but all were perfectly maintained. He would never re paint and was really into patina.
It was an interesting approach.
